Regular hourly rate $200.00/hr
Trial or deposition testimony $350.00/hr
Travel time rate (if over 2 hours) $100.00/hr
Overtime hourly rate (holiday, weekend, non 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) $300.00/hr
Minimum Fee $750.00
Retainer—if scene inspection is not required. $800.00
(If scene inspection is required, retainer will depend on estimated additional travel time and costs.)
Secretarial, clerical staff $50.00/hr

Auto mileage $0.50/mi
Photographs (3.5”x5” or 4”x6”) $0.75/ea
Enlargements (8”x10”) $5.00/ea
Storage charges (per cubic foot) $5.00/ea
Other—Travel, long distance calls, exhibit materials shipping, FAX, subcontracted services, etc. Actual + 15%
