Regular hourly rate $250/hr
Trial or deposition testimony $400/hr
Travel time rate (if over 2 hours) $125/hr
Overtime hourly rate (holiday, weekend, non 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) $350/hr
Minimum Fee $750
Retainer—if scene inspection is not required. $800
(If scene inspection is required, retainer will depend on estimated additional travel time and costs.)
Secretarial, clerical staff $50/hr
