Provide engineering evaluations of properties to evaluate extent of structural and/or water damage. Prepare engineering reports of findings including determination of cause of loss.


Manager – JLR Claims Consulting                                                                                                                    Provide claims preparation in support of general contractors for claim submissions. Prepared a successful claim for a general contractor on major Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) roadway expansion project, as well as a separate claim for a general contractor on a seaport expansion project.

Manager – TPGC, LLC                                                                                                                                              Provide expert opinions, trial testimony and claims preparation in support of general contractors and subcontractors for claim submissions. Testified as an expert witness in the 6th and 17th Judicial Circuit Courts of Florida. Prepared a successful claim for a subcontractor on a major FDOT roadway expansion project, as well as two separate claims for general contractors on municipal utility projects.


Area Manager of Utilities – Astaldi Construction Corporation.                                                        Managed a team of Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents on major infrastructure projects including Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansions, Underground Utility Installations, Neighborhood Improvements, and Roadway Construction. Performed Estimating, Bidding, and Budget preparation; Subcontract Management; Project Controls and CPM Scheduling; Submittal management;
Payment processing; Change and Claims Management; and Project Closeout including Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Owner Training, and Project Commissioning.

Project Manager – MasTec                                                                                                                                Managed subcontractors for twenty medium-sized Wastewater Pump Stations, Force Mains, and Potable Water Main installation projects, as part of Miami-Dade County’s Miscellaneous Pump Station Improvement Project.


Resident Engineer – Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners
Managed a staff of Engineers, Architects, and Inspectors in performance of Construction Work-Site Services for the $48M Central Chiller Plant East and West Expansion Project at Miami International Airport.


Resident Project Representative – The St Paul Surety                                                        Resident Project Representative on South Broward County Neighborhood Improvement Project on behalf of the Surety responsible for completion of a project where the Owner had terminated the original Contractor.


Construction Manager – Los Angeles Department of Water & Power
Managed project teams of Architects, Engineers, and General Contractors to successfully complete seven construction Contracts on a variety of power facilities.
