I am 56 years old and have been self-employed in the construction and engineering fields for the previous 27 years. I have contracted the construction of over 500 homes and small commercial buildings in Northwest Florida (primarily Bay County). I was born and raised in Panama City, and I have spent roughly 50 years of my life in this location. I have been married to Marianne Rudolph for the last 33 years. We have two grown daughters who are professionals in the medical and education fields. My goal is to broaden my area of expertise into formal inspection and forensic engineering endeavors.
